Bunkers: An American Music Story is a docu-film celebrating the rich musical
history and the incredible artists who've performed, and continue to perform at the world
renowned nightclub, Bunkers Music Bar and Grill in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis.
This DVD tells the story of a roadhouse bar that serves as a musical melting pot of Soul,
Rock, R&B and Funk at night, to homemade hot turkey sandwiches and a cold beer to the regulars
who make it their destination. Bunkers: An American Music Story features testimonials and live
performances from the legendary "House Bands". Musical performances include the biggest draw
in the Twin Cities club scene, G.B. Leighton, the premiere Soul and R&B Horn Band in the Twin
Cities, Mick Sterling and the Stud Brothers, the the Funk and Soul tradition of Bobby Vandell's
TC Jammers, as well as special appearances by Ricky Peterson, Debbie Duncan, Melanie Rosales
