Bifrost Distribution Releases Ernest Borgnine Movie Frozen Stupid

Bifrost Distribution announces the release of Frozen Stupid on DVD on May 15, 2010. Frozen Stupid is a comedy starring Ernest Borgnine, Joey Albright, KimberlyNorrisGuerrero and Michelle Mountain, shot in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Written, directed and produced by Rich Brauer of Super Sucker, Escanaba in da Moonlight and The Lost Treasure of Sawtooth Island, Frozen Stupid explores the comic obsession with ice fishing.

Synopsis: Tony Norgard (Joey Albright) really wants to go ice fishing. To avoid going to his mother-in-law's birthday party, Tony feigns being ill and sneaks off after his wife leaves. But Tony's day is plagued by odd occurrences that range from ruining his wife's car to battling with a giant finger-eating pike to having his truck fall through the ice. It is the tale of a cantankerous father (Ernest Borgnine) and his bumbling, but well-meaning son, who shares a joyous obsession for the age old art of ice fishing.
